About the role

Translate the overarching product vision and strategy into actionable development tasks. The Product Owner acts as the primary link between the Product Manager and the engineering team, ensuring that every sprint delivers maximum customer value and moves the needle on key business outcomes like revenue growth and NPS. As the scope of the role expands into AI-driven features, the Product Owner will act as a deep domain specialist expressing functional requirements/specs with a high level of precision needed for agentic engineering, while taking ownership of ongoing model monitoring, feedback loops, and retraining.

What youll do

Backlog Management & Tactical Execution
- Prioritise and manage the detailed product backlog,



ensuring user stories aligns with the strategic goals set by the Product Manager.
- Translate high-level roadmap items into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and transparent acceptance criteria.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure successful, iterative product delivery.
- Negotiate priorities if new requirements are introduced mid-delivery.

Customer Experience & Usability
- Advocate for customer-centric development by prioritizing usability and accessibility in every feature build.
- Deeply understand the specific pain points of customers to ensure the technical solution solves real-world problems.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to create a best-in-class customer experience that improves NPS.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering and design to navigate technical constraints and ensure high-quality releases.
