What you'll Do
- Take responsibility for the complete delivery of enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI projects from concept to production.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution roadmaps and technical execution plans.
- Collaborate with various groups including Product, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, UX, Security, and Business.
- Manage hybrid Agile delivery using experimentation, Kanban, and Sprint-based execution.
- Drive AI governance, Responsible AI reviews, model evaluation, release readiness, and compliance.
- Coordinate LLM, RAG, vector search, engineering,



AI agents, copilots, and knowledge-base releases.
- Monitor AI benchmarks including accuracy, latency, hallucination rate, token cost, adoption, and business value.
- Build executive dashboards covering program health, AI performance, risks, return on investment, and adoption.
- Manage AI risks related to model behavior, data quality, privacy, security, compliance, and scalability.
- Lead organizational change management and AI adoption initiatives.

What you need to succeed
- 12+ years of Technical Program Management in a fast-paced delivery and execution environment
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a live environment.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, engineering, AI evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Workfront, or equiv
