Role Description
As a Junior Human Resources Manager, you will support day-to-day HR operations and help implement HR policies and programs across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves assisting with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. You will help maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist in administering compensation, benefits, time attendance, and leave management. The role includes coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting training and development activities, and helping address employee queries in a timely, skilled manner. You will collaborate with managers to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations, contribute to HR reporting and analytics, and support continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily employee
attendance and leave records

• Prepare and verify monthly
payroll inputs
including attendance, overtime, deductions,



etc.

• Coordinate with Accounts for
salary processing and payroll-related queries

• Maintain employee files, HR records and documentation

• Handle
joining formalities, onboarding and induction
of new employees

• Assist in recruitment, interview coordination and manpower requirements

• Maintain employee
shift and attendance data

• Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related concerns

• Prepare HR reports, MIS and attendance/payroll trackers

• Assist with
PF, ESIC and other basic statutory compliance documentation

• Maintain records of employee leave, overtime, confirmations and exits

• Support factory HR activities, employee engagement and general HR administration

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts and other departments for manpower-related matters
