JOB DESCRIPTION: HubSpot CRM & Automation Specialist

(Zoho to HubSpot Migration)

Overview

We're looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to lead our migration from Zoho CRM to HubSpot and build automated systems across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll be responsible for setting up HubSpot as our central business platform, improving processes, automating workflows, integrating systems, and creating reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

I. CRM Migration
- Lead migration from Zoho CRM to HubSpot.
- Audit existing CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, and data.
- Clean, map, migrate, and validate data.
- Configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Establish CRM governance, permissions, and data standards.

II. Marketing Automation
- Build lead capture and nurturing workflows.
- Create lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
- Set up email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and chatbots.
- Implement campaign tracking and reporting.

III. Sales Automation
- Configure sales pipelines and deal stages.
- Automate lead assignment and follow-ups.




- Create forecasting and sales dashboards.
- Improve sales efficiency through automation.

IV. Customer Success Automation
- Set up Service Hub and ticketing systems.
- Build onboarding and customer retention workflows.
- Implement SLA, escalation, and customer feedback automations.
- Create customer health scoring and lifecycle tracking.

Reporting & RevOps
- Build executive dashboards.
- Create revenue attribution reporting.
- Design end-to-end customer journey tracking.
- Establish KPI reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have
- 3–5+ years of HubSpot administration experience.
- Experience migrating CRMs (Zoho to HubSpot preferred).
- Robust experience with HubSpot Mark
