Full job description

* Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

* Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

* Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)

* Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

* Assist in employee retention and development

* Supervise recruiting personnel

* Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

* Onboard current employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages
