At The Fresh Factory, we're building a caf where every ingredient has a story, every meal is thoughtfully crafted, and every guest should leave feeling better than they arrived.

We're looking for Food Servers who are warm, observant, energetic, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional table service with confidence and attention to detail.
- Guide guests through our ingredient-first menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and retail teams.
- Ensure every table is clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation in Hotel Management or similar
- Has 1-3 years of experience in cafs, restaurants, or hospitality.
- Communicates confidently in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people.
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.
- Takes pride in delivering hospitality, not just service.
