Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to manage branch operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets in the financial services sector. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving loan sales, managing team performance, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall branch operations and sales performance.

Lead, train, and motivate Team Leaders and Sales Executives.

Achieve monthly business targets for loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Credit Cards.

Monitor daily team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.

Build and maintain solid relationships with bank partners.

Ensure smooth processing of customer loan applications.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve targets and manage branch performance.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
