We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with solid expertise in PolicyCenter, Product Modeling, and APD (Advanced Product Designer). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, design functional solutions, support estimations, and drive successful Guidewire implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
- Design functional solutions aligned with business objectives and Guidewire best practices.
- Configure and support Product Modeling and APD (Advanced Product Designer) activities.
- Work with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) environments and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Participate in solution workshops, requirement discussions, and estimation exercises.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
- Perform impact analysis and support change management activities.
- Work closely with ClaimsCenter and other Guidewire suite teams to support integrated solutions.
- Provide domain expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Experience with Product Modeling.
- Strong knowledge of APD (Advanced Product Designer).
- Experience working in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Ability to provide functional solutioning and effort estimations.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
- Insurance domain experience, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C;).
