Recruitment Focus: US & Middle East Markets
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment across international markets
✔ Partner with clients to understand workforce and hiring requirements
✔ Source and engage talent using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean/X-Ray search, ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques
✔ Build solid candidate pipelines and long-term professional relationships
✔ Recruit across technology and high-growth areas including
AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, ERP, Healthcare IT and Engineering
✔ Work closely with hiring teams to deliver quality talent within demanding timelines
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–6 years of recruitment experience
✔ Hands-on exposure to
US Staffing and/or Middle East Recruitment
✔ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Target-oriented, proactive and resilient mindset
✔ Passion for learning, relationship building and career growth
