Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategies, running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and boosting brand engagement and growth across platforms.

You should be creative, analytical, and aware of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Plan monthly content calendars for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
- Research trends, audience interests, and competitor activities to optimize content performance

Content Creation & Publishing
- Write engaging copy for posts, captions,



and ad creatives
- Coordinate with designers/creatives for visual assets
- Schedule posts and monitor performance on social media platforms

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, traffic, conversions, retargeting)
- Perform audience targeting, ad setup, optimization, and monitoring
- Track ad performance and adjust to meet KPI targets

Google Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign results for ROI and provide suggestions for improvements

Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze & report performance metrics regularly
- Use insights to improve strategies and campaigns
- Prepare monthly performance reports for leadership

Community Management
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Build a positive brand pre
