Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in the Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and site-level positions across India.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the talent market within the interior, façade, construction, and design & build sectors and should be capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

3. Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for different positions.

4. Screen candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, project exposure, location, salary expectations, and notice period.

5. Conduct telephonic/HR screening and coordinate technical and management interviews.

6. Recruit candidates for both corporate and project/site-level positions.

7. Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

8. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Department Heads, and Management regarding hiring requirements.

9. Handle multiple vacancies across Noida, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Bhuj, and other project locations across India.
