Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement recent packaging designs and technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions into production processes.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for innovative packaging solutions.
- Design and develop sustainable packaging materials that meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant packaging regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of packaging inventory and supplies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, development, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, including paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
