Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews,



and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves drafting and posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs, support onboarding processes, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. The position also requires adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations, while promoting a positive candidate experience and the organization’s employer brand.
