Role Description
The Strategic Funding and Investor Relations Partner is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing funding opportunities and investor relationships that support Vaidhya Group’s growth in both education services and premium oil manufacturing. Day-to-day tasks include researching and evaluating potential investors and funding sources, preparing proposals and presentations,



and conducting financial and business planning analyses to support investment decisions. The role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, coordinating regular updates and reports for investors, and collaborating with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Jabalpur, where the Partner will work on-site for core meetings and collaboration while having flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to identify, build, and manage long-term relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
