Role Description
The Lead Generation role is a full-time, remote position focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for ThinkCAD. In this role, the team member will research target markets and industries, build prospect lists, and engage potential clients through digital and direct outreach. Daily responsibilities include managing lead databases, tracking interactions and conversion rates,



and coordinating with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. The role also involves refining lead generation strategies based on performance data and market trends, and contributing to outreach messaging that reflects ThinkCAD’s creative, multidisciplinary approach.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to effectively identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industries, target segments, and potential partners.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects clearly and professionally across email, calls, and virtual meetings.
