Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at RDSS project sites.
- Execute foundation works for poles, transformers, RMUs, and electrical equipment.
- Monitor trenching, PCC works, fencing, cable route civil activities, and related infrastructure works.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical and survey teams for smooth execution.

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and field teams.




- Track daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Report site issues and execution status regularly.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during execution.
- Follow project safety guidelines and ensure protected work practices at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain measurement records and site activity logs.
- Support preparation of contractor measurements and billing documentation.

Client Coordination
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials and local stakeholders whenever required.
- Support project inspection and handover activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
