Campaign Executive – Vendor Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Campaign Executive – Vendor Management to coordinate campaign activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, campaign tracking, documentation, cost management, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, suppliers, and service partners.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
- Track campaign schedules, budgets, vendor deliverables, and overall execution status.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.




- Prepare campaign briefs and communicate requirements clearly to vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational or execution-related issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, quotations, invoices, and campaign documentation.
- Support reconciliation of vendor bills and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Prepare campaign reports, vendor performance reports, and MIS as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline campaign execution.
- Ensure all campaign and vendor activities comply with company policies and approval processes.
