Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
- Master's degree in relevant subject area (e.g., M.Com).
- Minimum 0-4 years of teaching experience in pre-primary education.
- Solid knowledge of Montessori methodology and phonics instruction.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- ECED certification is compulsory for this role .
