Collection Training Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Target company business needs, build and iterate the training system for the local collection team;
- Develop and regularly update training materials, standard script libraries, objection handling guidebooks, and real case repositories;
- Manage the local collection trainer team, assign training tasks, monitor teaching quality and classroom effectiveness;
- Establish onboarding assessment and pass-through standards for new employees, control the entry quality threshold, and ensure 100% compliance requirements are met before going live to take orders.

Job Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of experience in collection training, management or team coaching, while those with front-line collection practical experience in consumer finance or micro-lending industry are preferred;




- Understand local financial regulatory laws and regulations, master local micro-lending business collection strategies, psychological pressure techniques, and repayment negotiation logic;
- Possess strong data sensitivity, able to diagnose and optimize training directions and priorities at different stages through business data;
- Have excellent speech and expression skills, able to insight employee psychology and teach according to different types of employees;
- English and Hindi as native language, or proficient in using it as a working language.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
