We are looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and optimizing the Workday Adaptive Planning platform while working closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will combine solid FPA knowledge with hands-on system expertise and a problem-solving mindset to drive accurate planning, reporting, and insights.

Required Skills Experience
- 4+ years of overall experience in enterprise financial systems or FPA environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with Workday Financials or Workday HCM.
- Experience with enterprise data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.




- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration Configuration
- Maintain and administer the Workday Adaptive Planning system including user access, role-based security, and configurations.

Model Development Planning
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and build scalable, driver-based planning and forecasting models.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles within Adaptive Planning.
- Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards to support leadership and strategic decision-making.

Data Accuracy Integration
- Reconcile and validate data across Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, HRIS, and other source systems.
