Position : Sr. Executive

Reporting To : Manager - Marketing

Dress Code : Formals

Duty Hours : As per the schedule intimated from time to time.

The Responsibilities of the Senior Executive (Marketing) include the following:

· Meeting doctors on day to day basis for business, handling the doctors’ queries, ensuring the doctor is given feedback regarding the referred patient.

· Outstation marketing to other states & districts.

· Handing over the discharge summaries of the referred patients to the referral doctors

· To call the patients to know about the doctor who has referred them to our hospital and updating the same with IP. This helps us to ensure that the referral doctor is given the feedback of the patient.

· Coordinate for inbound activities such as clinical meetings, Teaching Programmes etc and promoting the same to outside doctors for registration.





· Outbound activities such as conducting CMEs, taking our doctors to visit various hospitals for promotion.

· Preparing sheets for our consultants of referral doctors.

· Updating of IP Register and surgery details in the system.

· Preparation and handing over of a brief note on discharged patients to the doctors referring the patient.

· Insertion and dispatch of Newsletters/Invitations etc on periodic basis.

· Co-ordinate with IP & OP on day to day basis for the queries raised by the referring doctors.

· Co-ordinate for OP Consultation for the patients referred by referral doctors.

· Any other activity as delegated by the manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
