Prebooze is a growing WhatsApp-native events marketplace focused on connecting event organizers with audiences across Nagpur's nightlife and entertainment ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Organizer Onboarding) to help expand our network of event organizers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with independent event organizers, comedy shows organizers, rooftop venues, lounges,workshop,festive events & any other kind of events.
* Venues that conduct in-house events too.
* Reach out to potential partners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
* Explain the perks of listing events on the Prebooze platform.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with organizers.
* Follow up with prospective organizers to ensure successful onboarding.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and onboarding progress.
* Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
* After onboarding, you’ll need to get the event information from the organizer, add the events, and keep track of them.
* You’ll also need to connect with the same organizers again to get the details of the next event and add it.
Eligibility Criteria
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in making outbound phone calls and handling WhatsApp conversations professionally.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Familiarity with Nagpur's events, nightlife, or entertainment industry will be an added advantage.

Work Mode: Remote (Phone & WhatsApp-Based)
Field Work: Not Required
Working Hours: Flexible (Approximately 5 -6 hours per week)
Performance Targets
Complete the assigned number of organizer outreach calls each week.
Successfully onboard new event organizers every month.
Meet weekly and monthly business development goals.
