Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role includes managing workflows, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client commitments and internal performance targets. The Operations Manager will monitor key metrics, identify operational risks, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities involve resource planning, vendor and stakeholder management, support for budgeting and cost control, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role also requires preparing reports for leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Operational management and process optimization skills, including experience in workflow design, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities,



with experience in supervising teams, delegating responsibilities, and coaching for high performance.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination across multiple projects or service lines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to diagnose issues, make decisions, and drive operational outcomes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting to leadership and collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Comfort with using technology and business tools for operations management, such as productivity suites, CRM/ERP systems, or workflow platforms.
- Relevant experience in consulting, talent solutions, or professional services operations is highly beneficial; exposure to global or multi-market environments is an advantage.
