Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling,



networking, referrals, WhatsApp, email outreach, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's digital marketing and technology services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable services or solutions.
- Explain and present company services professionally to prospective clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings when required.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain positive and skilled relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update the company's CRM or designated reporting system regularly.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project handover.
