Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to develop, implement, and optimize our advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad targeting, performance tracking, and creative optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-ROI campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy Management: Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting methods to reach and engage relevant audiences.
- Ad Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance for cost efficiency and increased ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategies.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy,



and targeting to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Market Research: Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Should have handled 40-50 lakh budget handled in a month

Required Skills Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in e-commerce or home decor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tracking tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
