Business Analytics roles are the backbone of our Revenue Optimization Analytics team. The Sr. Business Analyst is a role for experienced candidates with a proven capability to act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the rest of our analytics team. The Sr. Business Analyst is an expert communicator responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements then translating these into clear, actionable specifications.

The Sr. Business Analyst is a data partner responsible for using analysis and modeling to proactively identify trends and gaps in the revenue cycle process. As a technical resource the Sr. Business Analyst is proficient in using spreadsheets, SQL, and Python to build scalable and repeatable data solutions. A solid Sr. Business Analyst can independently structure, execute, QA test, and present their work. Success in this position requires a blend of revenue cycle domain knowledge, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Process:




- Develop and maintain reporting on key performance indicators and partner with the business to identify outliers, gaps, and opportunities to improve
- Become the subject matter expert on an assigned client(s) with deep understanding of their billing system, processes, practice structure, and data
- Adhere to dev ops process including requirement gathering, documentation, work estimation, quality testing, and on time delivery
- Partner with other members of the Revenue Optimization Analytics team to standardize measures, define best practice, and build enterprise analytics.

People:
- Develop high trust collaborative relationships with operational and client success leaders
- Clearly present complex analysis findings, data sets, and methodologies to non-technical stakeholders

- Partner with client success leaders to prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients
