Role Description
The Hair Transplant Consultant Cum Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Assure Clinic’s Hyderabad center. This role involves guiding clients through the hair transplant journey,



including initial consultations, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and coordinating pre- and post-treatment care. The position includes overseeing day-to-day center operations such as appointment scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The manager will monitor patient experience, handle escalations, and support the medical team in delivering timely and protected services. Additional responsibilities may include basic sales counseling, follow-up communication, record-keeping, reporting performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
