Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Wire Cut EDM machines for mould and die components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Perform accurate wire cutting as per dimensions and tolerances.
- Set cutting parameters, workpieces, wire, and machine offsets.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of jobs.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
