About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor with strong knowledge of interior works and government projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and stretch ceiling projects.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors on-site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Handle government project requirements, documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor material usage, site inventory, and coordinate for timely procurement.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure proper work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve in office issues and ensure minimal delays in project completion.





Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in interior fit-outs / site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of government contracts and procedures.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and execution processes.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Uttar Pradesh if required.
- Personal Bike (Self means of transport)
