Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in COO role or similar position.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from initiation to execution with excellent results.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and ability to apply them effectively across multiple functions.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in building high-performing teams.
