JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE

Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day HR administration. The role requires effective coordination with employees and different departments while ensuring accurate and confidential maintenance of HR records.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare and process offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, staff development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of HR records.
- Assist with HRMS and other HR-related systems for maintaining employee information and generating reports.
- Support payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, and routine HR concerns.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HR procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
