Key Roles & Responsibilities – Shift Supervisor/Setter/QC
- Supervise and manage production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily production targets.
- Handle Sheet Metal Production / QC / Setter activities as required.
- Monitor machine setup, tooling, and production processes.
- Ensure product quality and follow QC standards and procedures.
- Manage operators and manpower effectively during the shift.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and machine-related issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and proper housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Train and guide operators/setters to improve productivity and quality.

Setter – Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate sheet-metal production machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setting, tooling, die, and fixture adjustments.




- Ensure correct machine parameters and proper tool alignment.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Check first-piece samples and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor production quality and make necessary setting adjustments.
- Troubleshoot minor machine, tooling, and process issues.
- Reduce setup time and minimize production rejection.
- Maintain tools, dies, fixtures, and machines in valuable condition.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S, and company quality standards.
- Support operators and guide them during production.
- Maintain shift-wise production and setup records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
