Role Description<

The Academic & Training Specialist – Food Safety & Quality is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The specialist will design and deliver academic and training programs in food safety and quality, including lectures, workshops,



and practical sessions aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include developing course materials, training modules, and assessments; supervising hands-on laboratory and practical activities; and mentoring learners on projects and career pathways. The role also involves staying updated on emerging food safety regulations and technologies, collaborating with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance, and contributing to research, program improvement, and academic events. The specialist will work closely with faculty and administrative teams to support program accreditation, quality assurance, and learner engagement.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in food safety, food quality management, and relevant standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSAI or equivalent).
