Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Partner Advisor (Tier 3) to manage and scale our developing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the foundational Partner Development Manager (PDM) for a large portfolio of Tier 3 ISV partners. Your primary objective is to drive partner activation, co-sell readiness, and strategic execution of our Partner Menu of Services to help these partners accelerate their growth, graduate to higher tiers, and enhance their market presence within a complex, technology-driven marketplace.
The ideal candidate combines solid B2B relationship management skills with a robust technical background, enabling them to successfully translate complex cloud knowledge into effective sales strategies, capture real-time impact, and generate joint pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Ecosystem Enablement & Activation
- Portfolio Management: Manage a large, scaled portfolio of Tier 3 ISV partners, optimizing their sales performance and guiding them through the partner lifecycle from onboarding to active co-selling.
- Co-Sell Readiness: Equip partners with the right tools, resources, and cloud program knowledge to map their solutions to our ecosystem and achieve co-sell readiness. Marketplace Entry: Assist partners in navigating Google Cloud Marketplace listings and initial enablement to drive ecosystem visibility and adoption.
