Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness, assisting employees and visitors, handling office errands, and ensuring the smooth functioning of pantry and general office activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Ensure drinking water and pantry requirements are available.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, letters, and other documents.
- Deliver documents/files to different departments or locations as required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office facilities for meetings.




- Maintain office stationery and pantry stock and inform the Admin/HR team when supplies are low.
- Support basic office errands such as bank visits, document submission, courier collection, and purchasing office requirements, when assigned.
- Assist in shifting and arranging office materials, files, furniture, and equipment when required.
- Support the Admin/HR team with day-to-day office activities.
- Follow company rules, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Perform other office support duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in office support, office boy, office assistant, or similar roles is preferred.
- Basic communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printer, scanner, and photocopier.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
