Job Summary

The Senior/Lead US IT Recruiter will own the complete recruiting lifecycle for US enterprise clients while providing leadership to the recruiting team. The role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and managing candidate relationships for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time opportunities.

· 20% India IT Recruiting





while working entirely during US EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

US IT Recruiting

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for Fortune 500 clients.

· Recruit for niche technologies including:

o AI / GenAI

o Machine Learning

o Data Engineering

o AWS / Azure / GCP

o ServiceNow

o Salesforce

o SAP

o Java

o .NET

o Python

o DevOps

o Cybersecurity

o Network Engineering

o Cloud Infrastructure

o QA Automation

o Project Managers

o Scrum Masters

o Architects

o Technical Program Managers

· Recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, TN, EAD, OPT, CPT, and GC-EAD candidates.

· Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal ATS.

· Perform recruiter technical screening.

· Validate resumes against LinkedIn.

· Verify employment history.

· Verify work authorization.

· Conduct reference checks.

· Maintain accurate ATS reco
