Role & responsibilities
- Lead cost audit compliance and ensure adherence to Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Perform variance analysis (material, labour, overheads) and identify cost drivers
- Drive margin analysis across SKUs, segments, and projects
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and cost reports for leadership
- Handle product costing (ACs, chillers, components) and project costing (MEP/HVAC projects)
- Strengthen costing processes in SAP and improve internal controls
Preferred candidate profile
- CMA / CWA (mandatory)
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing / plant finance / costing
- Exposure to HVAC / engineering / capital goods / project business preferred
- Robust knowledge of costing, variance analysis, and cost audit
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced Excel
