JUNIOR CHEF – NORTH EAST CUISINE
- Prepare and cook authentic North Eastern dishes as per required taste and quality standards.
- Handle cutting, cleaning, marination and preparation of meat, vegetables and other ingredients.
- Follow traditional North Eastern cooking methods and recipes.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients before cooking.
- Assist in maintaining proper food storage and stock rotation.
- Control food wastage and maintain appropriate portion sizes.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours and food service.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Maintain and handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Experience: 0–2 years; candidates with North Eastern cuisine experience preferred.
- Location: Jayanagar East End, Bengaluru | Salary: ₹15,000–₹20000/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
