Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed leisure sales targets for GMH India properties within the DACH region.

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and other leisure travel partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Negotiate and secure contracts with travel trade partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for GMH India.

• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and familiarization trips to promote GMH India's diverse portfolio of properties.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

• Represent GMH India at industry events, trade shows, and workshops in the DACH region to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

• Collaborate closely with hotel General Managers and revenue management teams to optimize pricing and inventory for the leisure segment.

• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts,



and performance analyses for management review.

• Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives in conjunctio

n with the marketing team to support leisure sales efforts in the DACH market.

• Ensure all sales activities adhere to Grand Metropolitan's brand standards and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience within the hotel or hospitality industry, specifically in leisure sales or travel trade partnerships.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the DACH market.

• Extensive knowledge of the leisure travel landscape and key travel trade players in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong skilled relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and German (written and verbal).
