Recruiter (International Recruitment Consultant)

Role Purpose

Source, screen, and place candidates for overseas job orders across assigned verticals (e.g., Engineering, Healthcare, IT, Hospitality).

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), databases, and referrals for international roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess technical and behavioural fit.
- Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, and submission reports for clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and negotiate offers in alignment with client budgets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update CRM/ATS with accurate status and notes.
- Guide candidates on visa documentation, medical tests, and pre-departure formalities (as applicable).

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in any discipline + MBA/PGDBM/MA/MSW in HR preferred
- 2 - 5 years in recruitment (Preferred overseas recruitment experience)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
