Role Description
The Head of Business (Equity Only) at TGN will lead overall business strategy, growth, and monetization efforts in alignment with the company’s vision. This full-time hybrid role is based in Current Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and closing strategic partnerships with brands, gaming organizations, and creators; developing revenue models across content, events, and community initiatives; and overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role will also involve building and managing key client relationships, guiding go-to-market strategies, and collaborating closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure commercial viability of initiatives. The Head of Business is expected to take an ownership mindset, drive sustainable growth, and contribute to fundraising and investor relations where needed.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including equities and trading.
- Experience in finance and investments, with the ability to evaluate and structure commercial and strategic deals.
- Proficiency in portfolio management or managing a portfolio of business lines, partnerships, or revenue
