Description:
- 5 to 8 years of experience is required
• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle and variable pay. Resource should have solid knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
• Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality Short Term incentive, Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics
• Work with Launch forms, route forms
