Aeron Systems is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Associate to manage day-to-day tactical procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling urgent local sourcing, managing low-value consumables, and facilitating regular IT and stock item ordering. By efficiently managing these foundational purchasing tasks, you will provide critical operational support to the Purchase Manager, enabling the department to focus on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and structural growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling local procurement and sourcing vendors for urgent parts/components locally. Local pick up if need through porter or forwarder
- Managing urgent local services.
- Regular ordering of low-cost, finalized, and proven stock items. (Inventory tracking)
- Handling regular IT material procurement.
- Managing low-value procurement and consumables.
- Maintain - Datasheet and quality documents for each required raw material.
- Tracking order material/ Tracking of each PO.




- Handling payment tracking of vendor.
- Support Purchase Manager, to focus on strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, audits, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination, which are critical at this stage of organizational growth.

Required Qualification and Experience:
- BE/B Tech (Mechanical / Electronics /Electrical )
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the purchase Dept. of an industrial / electronics firm.

Skill Requirements:
- Well versed with sourcing of electronic components, identifying vendors, and understanding technical terminology.
- Hands-on exp. of using Excel / Word and other MS Office tools.
- Team player with positive interpersonal skills.
