About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and strategic SEO Manager who has a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, increasing rankings, and optimizing websites to perform at the highest level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end SEO strategies, from technical audits to content planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive SEO strategies for both internal and client projects.
- Lead detailed technical SEO audits and oversee implementation with development teams. • Conduct deep keyword research and market analysis to uncover current ranking opportunities.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata,



headings, internal links, and structured data. • Manage off-page SEO, including backlink outreach, link-building campaigns, and domain authority growth.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-impact, search-optimized content.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others. • Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and insights with clarity and strategic recommendations.
- Train and guide junior SEO specialists or contractors as needed.

Proven Skills & Experience
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
