Role & responsibilities
- Take full functional and technical ownership of SAP Business One , including all active modules, configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Serve as the primary interface with the external SAP Business One support partner for all tickets, service requests, and escalations.
- Work closely with department heads and plant teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One configurations or developments.
- Review and guide the internal SAP developer on custom developments including SQL queries, stored procedures, transaction notifications, and Crystal Reports.
- Oversee SAP Business One add-on maintenance, upgrades, and any third-party integrations such as e-invoicing, e-way bill, and compliance portals.
