Experience: 3-5 years of experience in working as a Warehouse Incharge & Supply chain Management
Requirements:
Qualification : Graduate preferably with experience of working in Pharma warehouse.
Responsibilities:
· Manage warehouse staff and daily operations.
· Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
· Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of pharmaceutical products, adhering to temperature control guidelines and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch operations to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
· Maintain a safe, secure, and clean warehouse environment, complying with all safety regulations.
· Monitor and report stock levels, damages, and discrepancies.
· Implement warehouse management system (WMS) procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, and distribution) to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.
- Manages process of stocking shelves and maintenance of inventory.
· Reports stock shortages and product needs in a timely matter to the management – Inventory Distribution for processing of PO to vendor.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
· Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse costs.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Other fulfilments:
· Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant computer applications and software for data/inventory management for warehouse and ability to learn and adapt to recent software applications as needed.
