Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex cross-functional projects across Milacron using industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks. This role serves as a key execution partner to Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality, and in alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager drives accountability, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities / Objectives
- Lead & Manage end-to-end industrial project lifecycle including concept, design reviews, procurement, manufacturing readiness,



installation, commissioning, handover, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive and control change management process for any change In CTQ
- Use proactive risk mitigation planning techniques
- Serve as the primary project lead coordinating activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Quality, and Commercial functions.
- Drive project governance, accountability, and timely decision-making through regular project reviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project risks, issues, constraints, and critical path activities, proactively identifying mitigation and recovery plans.
- Own project communications, status reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder management.
