Seeking a Unix/Linux/Windows problem solver to support applications within the Operations division. The individual will be involved in resolving system exceptions and supporting end-users. Responsibilities will include but not limited to system monitoring, batch stream management (Autosys), and resolving service interruption events in a timely manner.

Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years working as a technology professional with an emphasis on production support
- 3+ years experience with Unix and Windows
- Understanding Python, Java, KSH, Autosys, SQL ( SYBASE and/or DB2)
- Positive understanding of database concepts
- Strong post deployment problem analysis skills
- Self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills
- A good team player and be able to demonstrate integrity and ownership
- Strong ownership mentality with the focus on production stability and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable speaking with all levels of management;
- Desire and motivation to learn;

Skills Desired:
- Familiarity with Financial Services Industry knowledge preferred but not required
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
