Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Trainer is responsible for developing employee capabilities by delivering training on service standards, food safety, SOPs, product knowledge, and guest experience to ensure operational excellence and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and refresher training for F&B; associates.
- Deliver training on SOPs, service standards, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and guest handling.
- Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Coach employees to improve performance and service quality.
- Develop and update training materials and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements,



and quality standards.
- Support operational teams during new launches, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–8 years of F&B; training experience.
- HACCP/Food Safety certification preferred.

Key Skills
- Robust knowledge of F&B; operations and service standards.
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Coaching and performance development.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
