Job Description :

Manage hardware asset lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM Pro (procure-to-retire).

• Process asset requests, transfers, disposals, and RMA activities.

• Maintain asset inventory accuracy, ownership, and location data.

• Perform asset reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.

• Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.

• Collaborate with Procurement, IT Support, and Vendor teams on asset operations.

• 4–7 years of HAM/ITAM operations experience.

• Hands-on ServiceNow HAM Pro experience.

• Solid asset lifecycle, inventory, and reporting knowledge.

• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
